These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 770 pub ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform"), accessible at https://770pub.org. 770 pub reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

We take the 21+ age requirement seriously. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a registered user is under 21 years of age, we will immediately suspend the account, freeze any balance, and conduct a full age verification review. Any winnings accrued during a period of underage use may be forfeited.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 770 pub support immediately via live chat. 770 pub shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

All financial transactions on 770 pub are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The Platform supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

Cryptocurrency of any kind and credit card gambling deposits are not accepted on 770 pub in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations.

Deposits are credited to your 770 pub account upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts are stated on the deposit page and are subject to change. 770 pub does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money laundering measure. Processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of withdrawal request.

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). 770 pub does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts will be specified in the individual promotion terms. 770 pub reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated software to exploit bonus structures, or engaging in low-risk wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

770 pub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, subject to the applicable terms of those bonuses.

All games available on 770 pub — including slots, live casino, bingo, and other titles — operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or live dealer systems provided by licensed game suppliers. The outcome of each game round is independent of previous rounds.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, 770 pub reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's account. Accounts found to be using prohibited software will be immediately suspended and all balances forfeited.

Collusion between players in any game mode — including but not limited to live poker or live dealer games — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offence under Philippine law. 770 pub will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities in the investigation of suspected collusion.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 770 pub.

Any unauthorised use of 770 pub intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 770 pub and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, 770 pub shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform.
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the Platform by any third party.
• Any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. 770 pub does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Your privacy is important to us. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information by 770 pub is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 770 pub from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
